Miss Amanda Mae Part 2

Since it rained on the day we originally planned to shoot and we only got one location in Amanda and I rescheduled her "Birthday Bash"

I've been sick this past week with some kind of sinus infection, and the day we shot was cold and windy, keep an eye out for chill bumps on Amanda in the slide show...

Happy to Introduce...

I will soon officially have an employee.... of sorts... For a while now I've been searching for a good, reliable, and creative secondary photographer for weddings. I do happen to pay my secondaries, just not a whole lot since I'm usually "trying" them out. When I first met Tara I knew her as NFC Photography and admired the work she did, then we started talking and I found out she also does makeup and she's changed up her business a little she's not really in the wedding market anymore and is moving in different directions with her photography, more personal directions. She's also doing makeup for brides, we've done countless projects in the past two months and have become really good friends. This week we were talking and I told her my vision about the company and how I'd really like to have someone I can trust to be a secondary photographer and the more we talked about it the more I realized that she would be perfect!!!

So I'm very excited to introduce Tara, the coolest Makeup Artist around and my new Secondary Photographer!






We also did a couple of "promo" shots for her and her makeup as well...








She took a few photos of me with my camera that I may blog about here soon.... :)

Stan and Antoinette Are Married

I met Stan and Antoinette last September when they had just learned Stan's next Naval station would be Guam! They were planning their wedding for a year later but with this new news decided to move it up. Feeling a little rushed Antoinette wanted to get as much done before Stans upcoming deployment as possible. I honestly don't remember how she found my site but she emailed me and wanted pricing and other info.

I met with the couple at Starbucks in San Marco and we just had a good time talking to each other. They are a couple that you can definitely tell are IN LOVE! At the consultation I gave her Heather Gwinn's information because she needed a wedding planner, and about three weeks before the wedding advised her of NFC Makeup's Feb special for brides and got them together as well.

The day was beautiful!!!
